Our catering services include full staffing of the event, if needed. Our staff provides delivery, set-up, clean-up, bussing, food replenishment, bartenders, etc. We calculate the number of staff needed for each job, based upon the menu, type of food served, skills needed and the size of the event. For smaller events and clients that request delivery service only, staffing may not be required. We also offer "Parties To Go" for clients who need us to do the cooking but not any of the other catering service offerings.

Our specialty is menu customization, but we offer several suggested menus including: sandwich, fine dining, Mexican, Italian and home-style "comfort " food. We also offer a variety of hors d'oeuvre and dessert menus. The Event Group frequently adds new menu items and searches for the latest in menu trends and presentation styles in order to provide trendy and unique events for our clients.
